Prepositions

Prepositions are small words like to, from, with, on, in, etc. Like their name suggests, they go before nouns and pronouns. However, it’s not easy to figure out which preposition should be used in which situation. They all go before nouns. Does that mean you can use any of them in front of a noun/pronoun regardless of the situation. The answer is no. Let’s see when and where different prepositions are used:
